Return Policy

What is the return period?
You can return the product within 5 days of receiving the shipment if it meets the product return conditions.

Product can be returned if:
• The product received is not the same as the product ordered for.
• The product received is damaged. NOTE: Products damaged under the care of the customer is not eligible for return. Also note that custom orders are not eligible for return.

The required conditions to be eligible for return are as follows:
• The product is unused and is in its original condition
• The product is still in its original packaging
• The product is not damaged
• The product label has not be altered in any way and is still fully attached

How can I request for a return?
Request for return can only be made by filling the order return form here.

What happens after I request for a return?
After you request for a return, you will be contacted on how to send the product to our office. When we receive the product, we will carry out inspection to ensure that the prerequisites for return are met. As soon as these conditions are met and these processes are completed, you will be given a replacement or refund for the item(s) you purchased. However, if these conditions are not met and you return a product to us, we will send the product back to you as received.
